SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ONLINE:
Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the delivery date provided that the goods are not altered.
Returned items may not be altered in any way. That includes:
- No cutting of the lace front or any other part of the piece.
- No coloring or dyeing.
- Inclusion of ALL original tags
- Returned in its original, unused, perfect, and sellable condition
- Returned in its original packaging.
SHEVY shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if the piece has been altered in any way. SHEVY is the final arbiter as to whether a piece shall be accepted for return.
Shipping to you is non refundable. That includes the shipment to you as well as your return.
SHEVY does not and will not assume responsibility for reimbursement in the event the package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.
If all these conditions are met, Shevy will refund you the full amount of the returned item. Refund may take 5-7 business days from the day of receipt.
